*Shipping Policy*
All orders from ZARA TEREZ, both domestic and international, are shipped
using UPS. At the time of checkout you may choose your desired shipping
method (i.e. Ground, 2 Day, Overnight).
The approximate shipping time is always listed on ZARATEREZ.COM next to the
product.
ZARA TEREZ does not ship to P.O. boxes.
UPS shipments insured at no extra cost for first $100. Insurance above that
value must be arranged through UPS. Please email customer service for
assistance.
A Value Added Tax (VAT), and/or other comparable country tax, may also
apply depending on the country to which the order is being shipped. If your
order is subject to a VAT tax, and/or other comparable tax, the nearest UPS
headquarters will contact you upon the order¹s arrival and inform you of the
amount and acceptable methods of payment (usually credit card, COD, or
check), which must be paid in full by you, and not ZARA TEREZ.
*Return Policy*
All sales are considered final.
The Zara Terez Team carefully inspects each order before it leaves our
warehouse, to ensure that you receive just what you ordered.
